Mountaintop Art

This activity provides participants all the materials and instructions to create their own mountain range of life, representing both mountain tops and valleys. They will create a unique piece of art that honors their mountain top and valley low life experience.
Age group: 13 years and up
*This activity should be considered as a complementary to and not a replacement for traditional Evidence Based Therapy or counseling.
