Join us for 5 weeks with Colorado native and certified yoga instructor, Randy Schneider, as he leads us through a practice that fosters healing, stretching, & meditation! While the physical practice of yoga has been proven to help with stress, iRest is really where healing can occur.
Backed by extensive research, iRest can help people navigate all of life’s challenges and enhance one’s sense of well being and peace.
iRest is the only non-medical therapy approved by the military for PTSD, anxiety and chronic pain. iRest techniques have been utilized with young children, older adults and everyone in between. It is a non-religious protocol based on proven methods of relaxation and mindfulness. iRest has been used for various mental conditions and in various settings including military bases, hospitals and homeless shelters. One doesn’t have to suffer from PTSD, Chronic pain or trauma to benefit from the practice.
