Hike Series: “Springtime Yin and Yang Hike” – IN PERSON EVENT

 In Ancient Chinese philosophy yin and yang, or dualism, describes how contrary concepts may be held at the same time and even compliment each other. If we can eliminate the “either this or that must be true” thinking, this eliminates some of our struggle. Spring is the perfect time to examine this with dormancy and renewal, cold and warm, and dark and light all around. 

Unvaccinated attendees are encouraged to wear masks.
