Healing the Write Way

The benefits of writing and journaling for symptoms of trauma, grief, depression, and anxiety will be explored.

Changes, losses, grief, and coping associated with present pandemic isolation, stress, and trauma will be given attention.

Jenny Robbins, MA, Mental Health Counseling, LPCC, from Denver’s own Regis University. My demeanor tends to be warm, gentle, and connecting. I believe that humans possess innate possibility to change and I look forward to walking alongside you in your growth. I have served clientele who have experienced: substance use issues, navigating the criminal justice system, trauma, childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, and profound loss. I have training in traumatic bereavement and strive to compassionately attend to the grieving.
