Goal Setting Workshop: STEM Career Lab

March 31 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Are you ready to live a purpose-driven life and career? Bring to life your intentions starting with one small action.

Intentions are what fuel our goals. Intentions are desires that come from within to serve as a compass, giving us a sense of direction and purpose.

This workshop aims to help young women set intentions and come up with doable action steps to make those intentions a reality. This 90-minute interactive workshop combines elements of S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Time-bound) goals and the W.O.O.P (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan) method. Breakout rooms and the Jamboard platform will provide the opportunity to connect in small groups, have a sense of community and support, and share experiences more intimately and visually.

We will start with manifesting our intentions (big vision), and we will then narrow it down to specific action steps you can easily commit to starting today.

Facilitated by: Dr. Itzamarie Chévere-TorresYouMap® certified Career Coach and Neuroscientist, founder of STEM Career Laboratory.
