Decompress in the Wilderness

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce anxiety, depression, and symptoms of grief and trauma. We will learn ways to cultivate our own mindfulness practice as we hike in the rugged beauty of the foothills.

Changes, losses, grief, and coping associated with present pandemic and election-time isolation, stress, and trauma will be given attention.
