Coping with Stress at the Holidays

The holidays often present a dizzying array of demands — cooking meals, shopping, baking, cleaning and entertaining, to name just a few.

It doesn’t necessarily have to be this way! Join Jenny Robbins, M.A., LPCC, NCC, CBC in this ONLINE to find ways to destress and enjoy your time during the holidays!

 

While the purpose of this event is to promote healing and wellness, this presentation is not intended to serve as crisis intervention or to replace traditional mental health services.
